Our products have been featured on Dragons Den, QVC, CNET, FOX News, CP24, TechCrunch and are sold in stores in BestBuy and Linen Chest.

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in copywriting, email design, and a deep understanding of email marketing flows, conversion optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of crafting compelling email campaigns that drive engagement and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Design and write compelling email copy aligned with brand tone and messaging.
• Develop and manage email flows and automations, such as welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve email performance and optimize for conversions.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Work with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing, including creating and optimizing automated email flows.
• Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio demonstrating persuasive and engaging email content.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as SendLane, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email design and a good understanding of responsive email design principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
