Email Marketing Associate (Remote)

In the Role

The Email Marketing Associate helps drive the marketing and communication strategy for sales and acquisition teams leading to increased leads, funnel conversion, and overall sales.

What you will do:

This role will be tasked with supporting marketing and sales teams with email communications surrounding our business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business. This person will thrive on creating engaging emails used by the sales team which have the tone of 1-1 communication yet is used across the business.

• You’ll work closely with the marketing, communications, and sales teams to build email automations and cadenced comms to increase funnel conversion and drive more sales.
• Build engaging and thoughtful email and SMS campaigns about TripleTen.
• Contribute to overall sales and marketing tactics to drive both customer acquisition and increase customer retention
• Analyze customer and business data to draw key recommendations around optimization for our sales channels
• Create unique and engaging content based on customer insights and segmentation
• Maintain reports of performance for email and SMS campaigns and automations
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to create marketing campaigns
• Utilize Hubspot for email and SMS marketing and performance improvements

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• 20 hours a week commitment, flexible work schedule convenient for you. Must be partially available during East Coast business hours.
• 3+ years experience in email marketing, building and deploying email campaigns using ESP/marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, ect)
• Intermediate knowledge in HTML, CSS
• Strong data manipulation and analytic skills, strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability and CAN-SPAM regulations
• Ability to analyze and report on technical issues
• Excellent communication and planning skills. ability to work independently and to collaborate with partners.
• Attention to detail is ESSENTIAL
