We’re seeking an experienced freelance Email Marketing Specialist to help drive our customer engagement and sales through impactful email campaigns using Klaviyo.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring alignment with brand voice and aesthetics.
• Create engaging, high-conversion email content, including product showcases, newsletters, and promotional emails tailored for a premium fashion audience.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize email strategies, A/B testing, and segmentation for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Manage customer segmentation and personalization efforts to drive customer loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing email templates that maintain the luxury brand feel.
• Ensure email marketing strategies align with our overall marketing goals, including supporting product launches, sales campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with Klaviyo best practices, email marketing trends, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Klaviyo with a proven track record of running successful email marketing campaigns for premium brands, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling, brand-aligned content.
• Experience in data-driven marketing, with an understanding of customer journey mapping and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Knowledge of email marketing compliance regulations and best practices.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications (a Plus):

• Familiarity with fashion industry trends, particularly in luxury or contemporary fashion.
• Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Instagram, etc.) and integration with email marketing.
• Residing in major metropolitan areas like Mumbai or Delhi.
