About the Opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to implement and deliver high quality & personalised email & SMS marketing outcomes that drive key business metrics (including traffic, ATV, conversion, retention) and support delivery of Personalisation.

• Manage the delivery of Email personalisation & customer journey strategy delivering initiatives including planning, briefing, execution, testing, stakeholder management, insights and reporting across strategy goals.
• Key role in developing and executing the automated trigger email & SMS program, including planning, co-ordinating content with marketing campaign calendars and internal teams whilst utilising data to test & execute best outcomes for customers, Adairs brand strategy & content pillars across Australia and New Zealand.Optimise email campaigns through A/B testing, analysing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Loyalty & CRM team on new and strategic updates to existing loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report and communicate results based on program outcomes and KPIs including FY25 strategy and Test & Learn program.
• Proactively identify trends and commercial opportunities to improve customer engagement and create positive ROI across all Email/ SMS including working closely with platforms and data analysts.
