Free Courses UK is the leading learner-find marketing agency in the UK. Over the past 3 years we have experienced exponential growth, enrolling more than 300,000 learners on a variety of fully funded courses within our college and training provider network. We are currently recruiting for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to design and execute engaging email campaigns that connect learners with educational opportunities. You will combine creative design skills with data-driven strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Copywriting

• Create visually engaging, responsive email templates
• Write persuasive copy and compelling subject lines
• Develop dynamic content for different audience segments
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications

Campaign Management & Analytics

• Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing
• Generate and present performance reports and actionable insights
• Manage email list segmentation and ensure GDPR compliance

Required Skills

• 5+ years email marketing experience within a B2C environment (preferably education)
• Strong creative design (Adobe suite) and copywriting abilities
• Understanding of how to develop the user experience / customer journey
• Experience with customer segmentation and audience targeting
• Extensive knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho etc
• Understanding of email analytics, optimisation and AI to improve efficiency
• Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing regulations
