Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns to drive customer engagement, improve brand awareness, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Create visually appealing and responsive email templates in collaboration with the design team.
Manage email marketing tools and CRM platforms to build and maintain customer email lists.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying key insights to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, and sales) to align email marketing strategies with business goals.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Analyze market trends to enhance email marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo).
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to measure campaign success.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with B2B and B2C email campaigns.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Certification in email marketing or related digital marketing tools.
