About The Job:

As a System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative electronic systems for the automotive industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation that aligns with Engineering and Safety (E&S) standards.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications to define product parameters and functionality.
• Prototype Development: Create and maintain documentation for electronic prototypes.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest technical innovations and evaluate their applicability to products.
• Testing Support: Assist with vehicle and bench testing as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with software and test engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Project Meetings: Participate in system reviews and project meetings to contribute your expertise.
• Customer Communication: Maintain open communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Innovation: Actively participate in technical innovation initiatives and company programs.
• Quality and Efficiency: Deliver tasks on time and in accordance with E&S quality standards.
• Company Representation: Represent company professionally in interactions with customers and partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentals.
• Proficiency in microcontroller applications and software programming.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and honesty.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of automotive electronics.
• Fluency in German or French.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Relevant years of experience.
