This role is responsible for overseeing project implementation, managing a team, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery, and driving profitability. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring adherence to project objectives and contractual obligations.
As the Embedded Workplace Support Manager, you will directly manage a team of five employees (plus independent contractors) and oversee the implementation of dedicated project plans, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are met.
The Day-to-day:
- Project Management: Lead and execute onsite projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of clinical professionals, providing supervision, performance management, and professional development.
- Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.

- Clinical Oversight: Ensure clinical appropriateness and quality of service, manage escalations and complaints, and drive improvements in clinical service delivery.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular project reports, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLA’s, regulatory obligations, and company policies.
- Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute departmental strategies and process improvements.
About You:
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in a clinical managerial role, ideally with at least 5 years of post-clinical experience. You possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, paired with your deep understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, make you an ideal fit for this role.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical managerial role, preferably within a project-based or service delivery environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
- Expertise in project management, fiscal management, and reporting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships, with a customer-centric approach
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks
- High level of problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities
- Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (or equivalent clinical qualifications)
For You:
- Flexible working arrangements – including working from home options and adjustments to hours. We can work with you to find mutually suitable arrangements.
- Access to peer consultation and external supervision.
- Access to hundreds of professional development courses to help you further your clinical skills as you see fit.
- Career progression – for the right clinicians, there are opportunities to further your career into leadership positions or specialist services.
- Other benefits include wellbeing days, volunteer days, and a generous parental leave policy.
