You will play a critical role in shaping new joint Go-to-Market models, co-define partner marketing plans and manage relationships with partner counterparts. You will represent McAfee with the partners and internal stakeholders for defining and aligning marketing plans with McAfee overall strategy.
This is a remote position in Spain. We will only consider candidates currently in Spain and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
We will only consider candidates who are fluent in French and English with high proficiency in writing and communications. Fluency in an additional language (German, Spanish, and Italian) is a strong differentiator.

About The Role
- You will establish marketing and business objectives, thinking through innovative marketing strategies and addressing partner requirements.
- You will influence McAfee’s largest Retail and Telco partners to adopt McAfee’s marketing strategy, building upon a deep understanding of the business, products and services, and the needs of the partner.
- You will actively work on new use cases and GTM models to grow common revenue and customer base.
- You will work collaboratively across McAfee functions including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment & outcomes driving innovation and delivering partner revenue growth.
- You will address marketing needs in a data-driven, value-focused manner to impact McAfee’s growth and partnership revenue.
- You will deliver high-impact presentations, effectively representing McAfee’s marketing strategy and value to partners at all levels.
About You
- You have eight plus years of experience with Partner Marketing, a passion for technology, and ensuring great customer experiences, preferably in a B2BC model.
- Experience presenting to partners and executives, including new products and technical opportunities.
- Experience in delivering consumer software marketing solutions to Retailers and Telcos including digital marketing and monetization.
- Experience analyzing marketing campaign data and sharing results both internally and externally.
- Experience with budget management and MDF tools.
- You have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure the health of the marketing activities/s by using appropriate metrics.
- You are fluent in French and English with high proficiency in writing and facilitating small group communications. Fluency in an additional language (German, Spanish, and Italian) is a strong differentiator.
- You have EMEA or global experience.
