As part of the larger Human Capital team, and as an Employee Service Centre Agent, your role will be to respond quickly to first-level inquiries regarding human resources and payroll administrative issues, while using state-of-the-art technology and liaising with other functions within the organization as needed. As the first point of contact, you will have daily interactions with Agropur employees and managers across Canada and you will have a direct impact on the employee experience by providing courteous and efficient service.

What’s involved in this role:
- Respond to human resources and payroll questions from employees and managers, using procedures, policies, and other reference tools.
- Assist and coach internal customers in navigating Workday and Kronos/UKG systems.
- Handle a wide range of general human resources queries and questions (including compensation, benefits, payroll, and taxes), and ensure their complete resolution.
- Escalate requests to different centres of expertise or other areas of the Service Centre when they require specialized knowledge or in-depth analysis.
- Document all queries and issues in a query management tool.
- Proactively identify cases that require additional documentation and adjust the available documentation as necessary with a view to continuous improvement.
- Participate in special continuous improvement projects, when required.
- Work closely with other teams in the Employee Service Centre and support Human Capital operations when necessary.
- Dealing with confidential information.
What you need to join our team:
- D.E.C. in a relevant field
- French and English, spoken and written, to assist unilingual employees
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced, customer service and/or administrative environment is an asset
- Knowledge of Workday and Kronos/UKG is an asset
