En Senior User Researcher (Remote)

Our company, AlleyCorp Nord, is a Montreal-based technology hub. We are a high-end boutique consultancy for product development, technology strategy and applied AI research. Amongst our specialties are healthcare, education, biotech & “deep” tech.

We work with early-stage startups, growth-stage startups, non-profits, SMEs, and large-scale corporations.

About the Role

Contract Role: Join us for a contract period of 2 to 6 months, with potential to hire for permanent position, part-time or full time.

As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll play a role in coordinating and conducting user testing sessions and contextual inquiry interviews. In this role, you’ll be reporting to our Director of Design, collaborating with one or more Senior Product Designer(s) and interacting directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run user testing sessions (qualitative and quantitative)
• Extract and communicate key insights
• Present results effectively to stakeholders
• Explore and use various User Testing tools
• Advise clients on best practices and research strategy

The Ideal profile would have

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in User Research
• Exceptional English proficiency (written and oral)
• Fluency in User Testing tools

We are a remote-first company with office space in Montreal. We prefer to hire in Quebec, but we are open to candidates anywhere in the EST±2 time zone in Canada.
