We are currently looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our technical team in developing cutting-edge gaming solutions. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the seamless integration of systems and technologies, enabling us to deliver outstanding gaming experiences. Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of gaming!


What goals will you have?:

— Bringing joint and coherent technical vision of projects implementation across the teams.
— Building and supporting collaboration with COO, CTO, PMs and other stakeholders to make planning and implementation of the projects efficient.
— Creating plans of technical development of the products and technical debt solutions together with CTO and other stakeholders, introducing and implementing them in the teams.
— Review and approving architectural solutions suggested to implement within teams, involving CTOs and oftware Architect if needed.
— Tracking teams structures and technical processes used efficiency and suggesting changes to them together with CTO and PMs to improve and optimize them.
— Ensuring business and functional requirements provided are sufficient for the team to start or continue development of projects.
— Accepting produced results by the team ensuring their technical quality and compliance with the requirements and expectations.
— Providing input and consulting in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed.
— Providing professional and project specific technical knowledge sharing across the teams, providing transparency, sufficiency and availability of knowledge for the entire company.
— Providing technical trainings, professional conference participation and talent development for the teams.
— Tracking the team work efficiency from technical perspective, coordinating with PMs for their efficiency metrics and aprticipating in solutions implementation to improve them.
— Participation in recruitment process, and particularly conducting technical interview sessions for Team and Tech Lead positions.
— Determining onboarding process for all new team members, maintaining and improving it.
— Conducting People Management for Team and Tech Leads: 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, critical and supportive conversations, providing feedback on work, mentorship and coaching.


Responsibilities area:

— Ensuring technical stack, environment and instruments, as well as architecture solutions, are consistent and comprehensive across the teams.
— Ensuring teams structure and technical processes/flows used are effective for reaching the teams joint goals and results.
— Ensuring professional level, skillset and knowledge of the team members are sufficient to implement planned tasks.
— Providing the plan of technical development and evolution of the products, including technical debt solutions, and ensuring its implementation.
— Providing professional development and mentorship for Team and Tech Leads.
— Providing appropriate technical metrics of the team efficiency and executing solutions to optimize them.
— Ensuring the teams have enough input data, resources and abilities to reach particular planned joint results.
— Providing necessary flexibility and adjustment of the development accordingly to changes of priority and scope from outside of the teams.
— Being responsible for technical quality and compliance of the joint result with the expectations, and proving necessary operational support and activities for it.
— Ensuring all needed stakeholders are informed and involved in technical risks and changes management for a portfolio of projects.
