Engineering Manager (Remote)

About you   

• A Bachelor’s degree; Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. 

• Chartered Engineer accreditation (CPEng or equivalent) or ability to achieve. 

• Extensive experience with discipline engineering, preferably within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with proven experience in a leadership role. 

• Strong technical expertise in heavy industrial, and preferably mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment. 

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, with a focus on safety, technical quality, and client satisfaction. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. 

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on planning, scheduling, and budgeting. 

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. 

• Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
