What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s functional modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Technical Excellence: Take a hands-on approach by providing technical direction and contributing to development tasks as needed, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with interdisciplinary teams to transform business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions that align with company objectives.
Team Development: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support team members’ professional growth, address challenges, and promote their overall well-being.
Strategic Planning: Plan, prioritize, and execute team initiatives that align with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:
A collaborative mindset that contributes to a safe and constructive team environment.
5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer building complex products in cross-functional teams.
2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Expertise in Python and JavaScript. Experience with Ruby.
Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools (e.g., Dagster, DBT).
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Focus on delivering impactful results
Experience with design patterns (SOLID, Hexagonal Architecture) and practices like TDD and CI/CD.
Proven track record in agile, fast-paced, product-oriented environments.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Knowledge of cloud-based databases like Snowflake.
Background in the retail sector.
Focus on building efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
