  Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s functional modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• A collaborative mindset that contributes to a safe and constructive team environment.

• 
  5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer building complex products in cross-functional teams.

• 
  2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

• Expertise in Python and JavaScript. Experience with Ruby.

• Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools (e.g., Dagster, DBT).

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Focus on delivering impactful results

• Experience with design patterns (SOLID, Hexagonal Architecture) and practices like TDD and CI/CD.

• Proven track record in agile, fast-paced, product-oriented environments.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Knowledge of cloud-based databases like Snowflake.

• Background in the retail sector.

• Focus on building efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
