English Speaking Senior Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Join our fast-growing company as an English speaking Senior Customer Support Representative with Fluent level of English language.

You will handle inquiries and claims from clients of beauty marketplace. You will be a part of dream-team who makes consumer’s experience easy and enjoyable.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: flexible 5 days per week working and 2 days off

9 AM – 6 PM EST

Starting date: 2 December 2024

• Compensation $900 during 3 months of probation; $900 + $100 KPI based bonus after probation.

Your responsibilities:

• Answer escalated requests from the first level support team (~100/day);

• Analyze escalations and help creating templates for most common cases;

• Write freehand responses;

• Report on cases of bugs and system malfunctions;

• Research users’ financial transactions to identify any potential fraudulent user

activity;

• Handle fraud claims, chargebacks, and refunds;

• Solve customer issues, rectify poor experiences, and maintain positive relationships

with customers;

You are our perfect candidate if you are:

• Fluent in spoken and written English (close to native level)
• Strong writing skills.

• Experience in Customer Support 2+ years

• Experience with Zendesk and Magento or similar programs;

• Client-oriented and attentive to details, problem solver, hard-

working, team-player.

• Have good computer skills;

• Experience in CRM systems

• Knowledge of beauty&wellness products;
• Experience in handling fraud claims, chargebacks and refunds.
• Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
• You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
• Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
