Internal Role Title: Account Executive

New Opportunities: Identify and hunt new business opportunities within large organisations ( Fortune 500) 

Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, IT directors, etc.) within enterprise accounts

Client Upsell and Retention: Work to retain existing customers by continuously providing value, addressing concerns, and seeking to upsell or cross-sell opportunities

Internal Collaboration: Along with our SDRs, partner sales and marketing teams, you will multi-thread with C-level executives across business units in your target accounts and take ownership of the assigned territory

    • 5+ years of field experience in quota-carrying in a fast-paced enterprise market covering ASEAN, focusing on large strategic business.
    • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
    • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
    • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
    • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
    • Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful
    • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware
    • Ability to present & excellent listening skills
    • Daring selling approach | Consultative selling
    • Strong exposure to handling the assigned Market Track record of maintaining relationships with accounts
    • Experience working with Channels & Ecosystems of ASEAN
    • The role is based in Singapore and would need 40% Travel
    • Bonus Points:
    • Previous experience selling SDLC and software testing-related technologies
    • Proficient in speaking Mandarin/Bahasa
