About the Role
As a Business Development Representative focused on the US market, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and driving revenue growth. In this individual contributor position, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships with new clients to drive business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the US market through strategic outreach and networking.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform targeted sales strategies.
Client Engagement: Engage potential clients, presenting Ozonetel’s offerings and value propositions tailored to their business requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, documenting progress in CRM, and reporting on sales metrics.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align on strategy and optimize client engagement efforts.
Market Feedback: Provide insights on customer feedback, market demands, and product needs to support product and strategy refinement.

About You
Experience: 5-8 years in business development or sales, with experience in CCaaS, CPaaS, or a related industry preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
Skills: Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills with a proven ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Self-Motivated: A proactive, goal-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth and making an impact.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based contact center software and communication platforms is a plus.
Preferred Background
Experience in VAS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or contact center software industries.
Other Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to travel – 40% (Preferred)
