    As a result of growth, we have new opportunity for a career Change Manager to play an integral role within the Enterprise PMO, supporting delivery of a significant Portfolio of Change that is truly transformational. 

    In this newly created position that has been created primarily to ensure CHL’s planned Change Portfolio – underpinned by a two-year enterprise-wide transformation, will be planned and executed successfully, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and draw on your extensive change management experience and expertise, to enhance the framework and mature processes.  

    As the Enterprise Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing change management practices within the organisation. Reporting to the Senior EPMO Manager, and part of the broader Strategy and Growth team, you will implement, champion, and embed change management practices to support Catholic Healthcare’s Enterprise Project Portfolio.  

    Your exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with your ability to develop strong trusted partnerships with stakeholders to provide guidance and influence effective change outcomes, will support your success.  

    Your role will include; 

    • Overseeing Catholic Healthcare’s (CHL) Change Management Framework, ensuring that all projects and programs, are designed and implemented within framework principles
    • Championing the change management process across the organisation, advocating for its importance and benefits
    • Managing and assigning change management activity utilising best practice change methodologies, policies, and processes to deliver on time, in scope and budget
    • Directly leading teams to plan and deliver change management strategies and plans for large strategic programs of work, and supporting change resources in other projects to do the same
    • Ensuring the development of comprehensive change management plans
    • Conducting thorough assessments to understand potential impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organisation, including people, processes, technology, and culture
    • Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, coaching and supporting project stakeholders in change management initiatives
    • Evaluating effectiveness of change management strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement

    The successful candidate will be highly motivated and organised individual who is solution focussed, and has exceptional analytical skills, together with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. In addition to; 

    • Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, Business or similar
    • Change Management Certification – Desirable
    • 5+ years demonstrated experience in the delivery of large-scale change management programs with multiple constituent projects/workstreams and/or multiple phases/drops
    • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience in implementing or governing a change management framework across multiple projects or an organisation
    • Demonstrated experience with Technical Projects – preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams, drive consensus, and manage resistance to change
    • Experience within Healthcare/Aged Care/ 24/7 operations with frontline employees – preferred
    • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
