Enterprise Project Manager (Remote)

We are currently seeking a seasoned Enterprise Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of complex CRM and BPM projects. Working on our team as a Project Manager position involves:

• Planning and Executing Projects: Strategizing, coordinating, and executing Enterprise projects while adhering to established budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of 5+ experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Global Collaboration: Working with geographically distributed teams of experts within the Agile framework, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project delivery.
• Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs, ensuring project delivery aligns with the developed strategy, on time, and within approved budgets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering projects by establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Candidate Expectations

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven IT project management experience, totaling 3000+ man-hours.
• Team Management: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle project management, including managing a team of 4-5 specialists.
• Enterprise Project Expertise: Hands-on experience with complex development of enterprise applications.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders.
• Methodology Mastery: Confident and in-depth knowledge of major project methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Project Server, MS Visio, or other business process modeling software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

• Certifications: PMP certification, PSM certification.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
