Our certified implementation team focuses on IFS ERP and employs agile project management methodologies for quality results.

As Project Manager – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) you will be leading the IFS implementation for various business lines. IFS Implementation experience and project managing including the planning, execution, monitoring, and support related to the financials, supply chain (demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing), and manufacturing modules within the IFS ERP system. The role will develop and maintain the Project Charter, Plan, Budget, and Timeline. Will support a variety of IFS projects, including upgrades, optimizations, enhancements, and implementations of new modules and versions of the system.

What you’ll be doing

• Project and Resource Planning: Define scope, tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements, and align the organization against integrated project plan(s)
• Follow defined project management methodology.
• Lead in completing project deliverables, including requirement documents, solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, training plans, etc.
• Collaborate with all departments and personnel, such as Technology, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and End-Users
• Work with stakeholders such as project sponsors, customer PMO, end users, and internal and external resources to deliver the project goals and satisfy business needs.
• Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project and managing project risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation for system users
• Communication and collaboration with outside Vendors and project teams as required.
• Facilitation of project meetings, including coordinating schedules, presentation of material, and leading discussions
• Maintenance of the Project Plan, including regular updates on the status/progress.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• 6+ years’ experience as a Project or Solutions Manager within ERP systems.
• 3+ years of IFS experience. (Min. version 8).
• Experience with the full SDLC (Planning, analysis, design, build, test, and maintenance)
• Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate bi-directionally with the user and project team.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations and/or upgrades.

Preferred:

• PMP certification
• Working experience in functional modules will be an added advantage (Ex: Finance, Manufacturing & Engr, SCM, Maintenance, Sales CRM SRM).
• Prefer candidate with MAS500 experience.
