    Entry Level Insurance – Inbound Retention

    About the role:

    This is a permanent full-time customer service & sales call centre opportunity, reporting to the Retention’s Team Leader. You will be responsible for for maximising outbound and inbound call opportunities to promote and retain existing members who have indicated they wish to cancel and win back members who have left the fund by managing member issues and price, product or claim related concerns.

    • Handling inbound and outbound calls from members who have cancelled or indicated they wish to cancel with the aim to retain their business
    • Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating members needs are understood and handled
    • Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance

    Your skills & experience:

    • Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
    • Ability to work well within a team
    • Passion for serving customers
