Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Environmental Inspector join our team, based in Kuwait . This role is responsible for Inspections across various elements of the clients project related to the Environmental field.

We envisage success in this role to include;
– Assisting in conducting audits for environmental and sustainability compliance on-site, taking into consideration understanding of the implementation of green certification systems, sustainable site operations, and client-specific environmental standards and policies.
– Aiding in the conducting of material approvals for sustainability, on-site audits and guiding the supervision teams against sustainability and environmental compliance requirements.
– Preparing environmental report on sites of non-compliance and support site teams on complying with remediation actions, if any.
– Involving in site auditing, reporting, and provision of reports to the Client.
– Supporting the wider supervision team in reviewing submissions by others and ensure that the Client’s sustainability requirements and environmental aspects on site follow the Kingdom’s regulations.
– Collaborating with KEO teams and the Client’s specialist team.
– Writing reports associated with progress and site audit compliance associated both with environmental and sustainability/materials compliance aspects as well as letters.

– To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an Environmental field or equivalent.
– Bi-Lingual (English/Arabic) candidates will be considered favourably as the client Environment has departments where Arabic is spoken and documents are issued in Arabic as well.
