We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from candidates with experience working client side on complex infrastructure and building projects to support the growth of our business.

- Project Manager – Client Side Civil (Road) Works (Brisbane / South East Queensland / Darling Downs)
- Project Scheduler – CSG / Oil & Gas (Brisbane)
- Cost Controller – CSG / Oil & Gas (Brisbane)

Core Project Advisory is a consultancy that specialises in the planning and delivery of complex and large infrastructure and utility projects.
We provide a range of project management and advisory services to companies and government entities across several key sectors, with expertise in client-side project management, planning and scheduling, cost control and document control for water, energy and social infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage, or assist with managing, small, medium, and large projects utilising recognised PM methodologies
- Provide technical input or direction to team members or delegates as appropriate
- Ensure quality products and services are provided to customers
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Undertake other tasks as agreed with Core Project Advisory Directors
Skills / Competencies
- Display leadership and independence in completing work tasks
- Make complex decisions with input and review from team members
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and well-developed reporting skills
- Knowledge of project management practices and theory
- Have, or the ability to obtain, a construction industry induction training card (white card)
Requirements / Qualifications
- Qualifications in construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture (Cert IV to Bachelor)
- Certification in project management (or the ability to obtain such)
- Willing to travel to sites when required across Australia
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) i.e., completed professional certification or relevant external development activities
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s license, or above
