What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond to client incidents and requests related to the clinical aspects of the Epic suite
• Proactively manage all assigned and unassigned incidents and requests
• Drive resolution to maintain account SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
• Participate in the development of knowledge management and training content for staff
• Assist and mentor service desk staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Systems-Customer Service experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Desktop Administration-Service Desk Application support
• 5+ years of clinical care delivery experience
• 5+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build, and support
• Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous team leadership experience
• Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems
• Demonstrates a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
