- Document existing operations and support the optimization of Electronic Health Record Systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of Epic and/or IT project management experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 1 year with a master’s degree
- Strong understanding of project management principles and Electronic Health Record System implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with clinical and administrative healthcare operations and funding models
- Experience in software integrations and business strategy development
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and technical information
- Strong customer service mindset in working with internal and external customers
