Purpose of role

The purpose of this role is to do all the actions needed to keep the experience of the customers (internal and external) with the applications and products of the platform ERP and Finance Systems aligned with the high expectations that the company has: high availability, and good customer experience. To achieve this, it must work with the global stakeholders to align the internal process with the ITSM policies of the company and work alongside the cyber-security functions to implement the security guidance to maintain the cyber security and compliance risks under control. It is important to collaborate with the delivery team to have a smooth transition between projects, and enhancement to BAU.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage services or service groups in alignment with the company’s strategy, ensuring timely delivery of concepts.
• Build and, in the future, lead a team of specialists, establishing work procedures and fostering collaboration with subject matter experts. The team may include both direct reports and virtual members brought in for specific tasks, initiatives, or issue resolution
• Work closely with RELEX internal business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver IT services with a commitment to high-quality results and visible business value
• Define communication plans for stakeholders, create and deliver monthly/quarterly business review reports as outlined by the Direct Manager, and submit content to Operations Excellence for publication
• Ensure the skills and experience of the development & maintenance team align with technological and business needs to provide quality in present and future services
• Guarantee that the ERP Platforms operates aligned with cyber security standards defined by the company

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Service Management
• Advanced knowledge in ITSM service methodologies (ITIL, COBIT), project manager, agile frameworks
• Advanced knowledge in information security and infrastructure solution architecture
• Consultancy experience in SAP modules is a bonus

Skills and Experience:

• Certification in ITIL, Project Management, Agile Framework will be a bonus
• 5 or more years leading multidisciplinary/Multicultural teams
• 5 or more years leading SAP support service in multinational companies
