Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments either in person or via video footage provided by the
• client
• Measure and document existing equipment, piping, and infrastructure to
• determine system requirements
• Size compressors, air distribution systems, and other equipment based on the
• client’s needs
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and installation
• Develop proposals and interim quotes for clients in the company’s CRM
• system
• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize proposals and secure new business
• Provide technical support and guidance to the client as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator, preferably in the HVAC, industrial equipment, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of compressed air systems and equipment
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar CAD software for creating drawings and diagrams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal generation
• Clear English speaking
• Experience using quoting systems
• Ideally with experience in piping systems or with a mechanical background
• Ideally with experience in mechanical estimating
• Ability to put together simple cad drawings for piping layouts for factories
• Ability to read through tender documents and give an outline back to sales engineers as to the scope of the project in summary then provide estimations based on the tender
