We Are Looking for ETL Developers

We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team in two key roles: MS SSIS Developer and IBM Infosphere Developer. If you have strong experience in ETL development and are passionate about working with cloud technologies, we want to hear from you. Here are the key qualifications we’re looking for:

1. MS SSIS Developer (Mandatory Skills):

🔹 3+ years of experience working with ETL, MS SQL, SSIS, and Windows OS.

🔹 Strong expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and data transformations using SSIS.

🔹 Experience with SQL Server for database development and management.

🔹 Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (nice to have).

🔹 English B2-C1 proficiency.

2. IBM Infosphere Developer (Mandatory Skills):

🔹 3+ years of experience with ETL, DWH, SQL, Infosphere, Cognos, BPM, Datastage, SLA, TDD, and SDLC methodologies.

🔹 Expertise in ETL processes using IBM Infosphere and data warehousing.

🔹 Ability to manage data integration and transformation tasks using Infosphere tools.

🔹 Experience with Netezza DB, BI tools, Windows Server, Powershell, and Windows Batch (nice to have).

🔹 English B2-C1 proficiency.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

🔹 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

🔹 Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Ability to document requirements, designs, and project progress clearly.

4. Additional Skills:

🔹 Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.

🔹 Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with ETL processes (nice to have).
