Eu Project Manager | Artéteka ltd | Worldwide
Join us in this exciting new opportunity!
ArtéTeka is a social enterprise created with the aim of supporting young people with experiences of marginalisation and/or with multiple needs to take the lead on social change.
Our mission is to ensure young people are supported to understand their full potential, develop a sense of self and, most importantly, find their place as active and participating members of the communities they belong to.
To do so, we implement projects that use art-based methodologies and recycled/upcycled materials because we believe in respecting the environment and we know that social change is meaningful only if it can be shared with those coming after us.
This is an exciting time to join ArtéTeka. With a lot of interesting Erasmus+ projects ongoing, we are looking to further expand our work in Ireland to support local communities. Moving on, we will focus more and more on hands-on initiatives to help people upcycle materials while upskilling/reskilling to join the labour market.
Are you a creative person who’s not afraid of testing new things? Do you have experience implementing workshops and are full of ideas to share? If so, we would absolutely love to hear from you!
As an EU Project Manager you will directly respond to the Directors and you will be responsible for:
- Managing several projects funded or co-funded by the European Commission (mainly Erasmus+ projects).
- Engaging communities, businesses and organisations across Ireland.
- Managing relationships with international partners involved in our projects.
- Taking part in international meetings in Ireland and abroad (mainly across the EU)*.
- Monitoring the progress of the projects and ensuring compliance and reporting with European rules for project implementation.
- Organising project documents (i.e. reimbursement forms, invoices, credit notes and contracts).
- Leading on the development of project reports.
- Write and submit proposals under EU funded programmes (Horizon Europe, CEF, Innovation Fund) when required.
- Contributing actively to day-to-day operations.
*we do not expect more than one international trip per month. All costs are covered by Arteteka.
