Job Overview
We are currently in search of a skilled Event Manager to enhance our team. If you possess the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and are ready to assume full leadership and ownership of your assigned clientele, this opportunity could be ideal for you. In this role, you will assist our clients in developing their events and programs through strategic consulting and seamless communication, requiring a robust level of trust and integration with clients’ internal teams. This position entails travel up to 60% of the time for managing client events across the country and potentially some international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between the company and clients on assigned programs.
- Ensure the operational success of events through diligent management and execution.
- Develop an understanding of event cycles, customer needs, and create strong partnerships.
- Maintain financial budget accountability for departmental and client-related expenditures.
- Coordinate and compile relevant data and information for clients.
- Mentor and guide junior-level team members to foster their professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments through continuous learning and networking.
Required Skills
- Strong client management capabilities.

- Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple client accounts.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the event industry.
- At least 3-4 years of prior project or client management experience.
- Proficient in technology and computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
