We are in search of a highly motivated and enthusiastic Event Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective event initiatives that bolster brand recognition, attract qualified leads, and cultivate enduring relationships with critical industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives.
  • Organize and deliver outstanding experiences at both company-hosted and third-party events.
  • Oversee all facets of event engagement, including booth design, presentations, speaking slots, and accompanying activities such as dinners.
  • Manage event logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop lead generation strategies and follow up with potential clients post-event, working in tandem with the sales team to convert leads into business.
  • Evaluate and report on event return on investment (ROI), leveraging data insights to enhance the effectiveness of future events.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Remain informed about industry trends to identify new event opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of event marketing experience with a documented history of success.
  • Proficiency in managing the full event lifecycle, from planning and execution to assessment and ROI evaluation.
  • A proactive self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment and possesses strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and accountability.
  • A creative mindset dedicated to crafting engaging event experiences.
  • Familiarity with event technology platforms and a genuine interest in leveraging AI for marketing innovations.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools to enhance marketing processes and drive innovation.
