Job Overview
We are in search of an energetic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to become a vital part of our team. This pivotal role focuses on cultivating event sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the flawless execution of events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving event revenue targets.
- Work collaboratively with the events team to oversee every facet of event planning, including logistics, catering, and audiovisual needs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Conduct presentations and site tours for potential clients, showcasing available event spaces and services.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals, contracts, and budgets that align with client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to discover new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective rapport with clients and colleagues.
- High level of organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event sales or management, preferably in a hospitality or venue context.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: (72,000 to )95,000.
