Join us as an Events Manager to shape and elevate Qonto’s brand presence across Italy through impactful events. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand awareness during a strategic period focused on building strong relationships with our Italian business community.

‍‍ As an Events Manager at Qonto, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end organization of events, from planning to successful execution, ensuring high-quality standards and measurable impact
  • Identify and secure participation in relevant third-party events that align with Qonto’s brand positioning and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution
  • Analyze event performance and success metrics to continuously improve our events strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all events

What you can expect:
  • Market/Team Context: You’ll join a dynamic team alongside Elena (Community Manager) during an exciting phase focused on brand awareness building in Italy
  • Event Portfolio: A diverse mix of events including conferences, networking sessions, and business community gatherings
  • Growth Opportunity: As we prepare for future acquisition capabilities, you’ll help shape our events strategy to support business growth
  • Travel: Regular travel across Italy to manage events in different cities, with potential for international exposure
Impact: Direct contribution to Qonto’s brand visibility and community building in the Italian market

About your future manager:
You will work with Lorenzo Zatini, who leads the Italian Events & Community team. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where creativity and autonomy are encouraged, working alongside a team that’s passionate about building Qonto’s presence in Italy.

About You:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in events management, preferably in the tech or financial services sector
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and managing external vendors
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle last-minute changes with calm and professionalism
