Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic sales plans aimed at achieving event revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the events team to oversee all logistical elements of events, including catering and audiovisual requirements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to facilitate seamless event operations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and conduct site tours for prospective clients, highlighting event venues and services offered.
- Create and deliver tailored sales proposals, contracts, and budgets that align with the needs of clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software; knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event sales or management, ideally within a hospitality or venue context.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
