Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant
Envirobond is a progressive company, established in 2001, that offers environmentally friendly products to the landscape construction marketplace. Organic-LockTM (www.organic-lock.com) is the company’s flagship, patented product made from a renewable plant. It’s a powdered formula that is designed to be blended with crushed stone aggregate, providing an environmentally friendly alternative to asphalt for pathways and other travelled surfaces.
Organic-Lock has been installed in projects at the Brooklyn Bridge Park, Princeton University, Harvard University, MIT, Shanghai Disney, Toronto City Hall, New Orleans Museum of Art, University of Notre Dame, Los Angeles Dodgers Stadium to name just a few of our high-profile projects.
The head office address for Envirobond is in Toronto, Canada, but staff members work remotely from around the globe. Regular meetings are held on Zoom, connecting each other and furthering the company agenda.
*The successful candidate will work remotely and not have an office to check into. The candidate can work from anywhere in Canada or USA.
Envirobond has a network of licensed dealers throughout Canada and the United States. These licensed dealers purchase Organic-Lock from Envirobond and blend the powder with their own local crushed stone aggregate to provide Organic-Lock blended aggregate to landscape projects throughout their territory. Projects are most often generated by landscape architects who are increasingly seeking environmentally friendly solutions for pathways and other surfaces and are specifying Organic-Lock in their projects.
Our team meets every Monday morning EST for 1 hour to review our overall success on important metrics.
We all work together and have separate meetings wherever needed on Zoom through the week. The team is a tight knit group that also enjoys a social component as we have regular social Zoom gatherings for team building and just pure enjoyment. We only hire A-players and we all respect each others talents and work-ethic…the fun part comes naturally.
ROLE:
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant to join our team. This role involves a wide range of tasks crucial to our daily operations, including scheduling, customer service, logistics coordination, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar Coordination:
Schedule webinars and manage invites with contacts.
Organize meals for participants using online food vouchers.
Social Media Management:
Optimize and schedule posts using existing content.
Research trends and industry insights to enhance engagement.
CRM Management:
Input contact details into our Zoho CRM from downloaded lists.
Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries about our product line, adhering to our Customer Service Manual.
Logistics Coordination:
Implement logistics for product orders in coordination with an automated protocol.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle miscellaneous tasks related to day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in scheduling, social media platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Monday.com).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Experience in logistics and coordination tasks is a plus.
Work Hours and Compensation
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $50,000 CAD/yr
