Rainbow Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced and proactive individual with a Growth Mindset to act as both an Executive Assistant and Business Operations Integrator. This unique role will work closely with the visionary of our company to turn high-level ideas into well-defined projects, processes, and initiatives that not only maintain operations but actively seek opportunities for business expansion. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, a strategic approach to challenges, and a passion for both solving problems and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Visionary: Collaborate directly with the CEO to not only clarify and organize big ideas but also develop growth strategies that push the business forward. Turn visionary concepts into growth-focused, practical plans and processes.
  • Implement SOPs for Growth: Lead the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that not only ensure efficiency but also look for ways to innovate and expand existing processes to foster scalability.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively turn them into opportunities for growth. Develop comprehensive solutions that not only address problems but also provide pathways to improve and grow business operations.
  • Project Management with a Growth Lens: Ensure the timely execution of key projects by organizing, tracking tasks, and setting growth-oriented milestones across departments.
  • Identify Opportunities for Efficiency and Expansion: Actively look for operational gaps or areas for improvement and implement solutions that promote efficiency while driving business expansion.
  • Drive Innovation: Encourage new ideas and approaches that contribute to business growth. Identify and implement processes that facilitate the adoption of these innovations across the organization.
  • Accountability for Expansion: Hold team members accountable not just for maintaining operations but for contributing to initiatives that align with and accelerate company growth goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executive-level support, operations management, or a similar role where strategic problem-solving and growth were critical to success.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate high-level ideas into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a growth-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and actively seek areas for expansion and improvement.
  • Experience developing and implementing processes or systems that drive both efficiency and business growth.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on driving innovation and expansion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to think critically and strategically to turn challenges into opportunities.

Additional Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in the facility maintenance or service industry.
  • Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework or similar business operating systems.
  • A passion for innovation and growth, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.

  • Working hours from 8am CT – 5pm CT, Monday to Friday. 1 hour of break. 40 hours per week.
