Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) with expertise in scriptwriting, prospecting, lead generation, and social media management to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. This dynamic role combines traditional EA tasks with responsibilities in content creation, social media management, and client outreach. You will write high-converting video scripts, assist with lead generation efforts, and manage social media campaigns that support our clients’ growth. You’ll also help streamline operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure smooth execution of video production and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging, high-converting video scripts tailored to B2B audiences, helping businesses generate leads and drive sales.
• Assist with prospecting and lead generation efforts, identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Manage social media accounts for both Virio and its clients, creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee and execute social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, business meetings, and personal commitments.
• Set up and oversee content and project management operations, coordinating between teams and contractors.
• Handle administrative tasks, including emails, filing, and expense tracking.
• Assist with the CEO’s personal tasks (e.g., travel, logistics, errands).
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met across content creation and client deliverables.
• Be adaptable and provide hands-on support wherever needed, especially in the areas of content creation, social media, and client outreach.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in scriptwriting for B2B video content, with a strong understanding of lead generation tactics.
• Experience in prospecting, client outreach, and helping businesses generate qualified leads through engaging content.
• Expertise in social media management, with a track record of growing business accounts and running successful campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage both business and personal tasks.
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and a passion for startups.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across various departments.
• Comfortable handling both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including client outreach, content creation, and social media management.
• Experience in operations/project management and working with contractors is a plus.
