ROLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide administrative and secretarial support for all aspects of the search process, including diary and travel management and admin support to approx. 4 Partners from across the Search / Interim and Leadership Consulting team based in the UK.
*Please note that although this role will be based in Karachi, you will be following UK working hours: 2pm – 10pm Pakistan Standard Time.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial support to our Partners.
- Arrange travel to include; flights, trains, and accommodation
- Diary management to include; client/candidate meetings, partner/candidate meetings, internal team meetings.
- Follow up on meetings and interviews that have taken place to provide efficient support.
- Scheduling assignment interviews and liaising with both the client and candidate
- Ensuring that any documentation required for the meetings is arranged and travel is organised.
- Provide support in the collation of briefing documentation/proposals for pitch presentations. This will include support from the graphics and design team to produce top quality output documents.
- Logging client and candidate information on the company database
- Providing additional support when required to the Executive Assistant and Managing Partners.
- Handling of sensitive and confidential commercial, client, candidate, and company information.
- Screening calls and answering general enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
- Dealing with email correspondence and establishing effective storage of emails.
- Marketing support; social pages, company brochures, presentations, etc.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for the other EA and or Operations Manager
- Other administration or duties as required.

Person Specification:
- Degree educated preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong team player – ability to work well with others across teams
- IT Skills: CRM system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Previous PA/EA experience supporting a team – at least 5 years of administrative experience preferred
- Prior recruitment experience is desirable
