Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Manager cum Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will excel in team management, possess a flair for personal branding, and have the confidence to appear in branding videos using their voice and presence. This role involves frequent travel and offers an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management & Training:
  • Train, mentor, and guide the team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor and filter team activities to align with organizational goals and standards.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure quality output and efficient processes.
  1. Personal Assistance:
  • Manage the schedule, appointments, and daily tasks of the executive.
  • Handle correspondence, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate and participate in Google Meet presentations, delivering polished and professional client interactions.
  1. Content Creation & Branding:
  • Create and present engaging branding videos with confidence using your voice and on-camera presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and produce content that aligns with the brand’s vision.
  • Maintain a strong, polished, and professional image for the brand through various media channels.

  1. Travel & Representation:
  • Be open to domestic and international travel as required for business meetings, events, and shoots.
  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and conferences, ensuring a strong professional presence.
  1. Problem Solving & Initiative:
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving issues within the team or during projects.
  • Take initiative in identifying and addressing areas for improvement across operations and branding.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team management or personal assistance roles.
  • Experience in content creation, video branding, or public speaking is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with appearing on camera and using voice for video content.
  • Basic knowledge of branding, social media platforms, and content production.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and social media tools.
