Our CEO is a high-performing leader who requires a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support his dynamic and fast-paced work environment and who always goes above and beyond.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with proven experience in supporting high-performing CEOs. The ideal candidate will have a background in the fitness industry (not required, just ideal) and a strong track record of managing complex schedules, confidential information, social networks (Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) and multiple priorities. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s efficiency and effectiveness in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

– Manage the CEO’s Social Networks, specifically: Instagram, Facebook and Youtube as him (personifying him) to build and maintain long lasting, trust based relationships with his actual and potential clients. 

– Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

– Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

– Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

– Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.

– Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.

– Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives/CEOs, preferably in the fitness industry.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.

– Proficient in English.

– High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Salary Proposal: it will be a Monthly Based salary and will be made known during the interview.
