Role Overview:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will be an integral part of our fast-scaling company, working directly with our founder CEO to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role isn’t just about managing routine tasks: it’s about being proactive and navigating ambiguity, managing events, and supporting the company’s significant growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, independent and resilient, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation. If you are someone who enjoys a bit of fun and banter, can be respectfully bossy and has a knack for communication, you might be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- CEO support: Manage the CEO’s multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines met.
- Project Management: Assist with high-level projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Event Management: Plan and manage events, from coordinating logistics to ensuring smooth execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, conveying the right tone and ensuring clear communication.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Consulting Experience is essential to this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high standard of work and research
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and visionary CEO.
- Firsthand experience in managing a successfully scaling business working with some of the most Senior Executives in Australia on high profile work
- A collaborative and supportive work environment across Sydney and Melbourne
- Learning and development opportunities
Application Process:
Interested candidates should submit a resume and a cover letter detailing their experience and why they are the right fit for this role.
