Job Description
– Handle incoming and outgoing calls while utilizing available data to market all Aman microfinance products
– Conduct financial analysis of clients to assess their creditworthiness
– Review client documentation in accordance with each financing tier
– Communicate and follow up with Aman branch specialists to ensure the timely issuance of financing for referred clients
– Determine credit limits based on submitted documents to establish the financing amount and the client’s repayment capacity
– Identify and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations
