    The vacancy

    The directors and advisers of the companies are very experienced in property development, property and construction law, property sales and property management, and seek a proactive, focused, loyal individual to join the core team – an individual with appropriate experience, a high level of self-direction and self-motivation, proven organisational skills and an impressive track record, along with a passion to succeed and be involved in the business as if it was their own business. 

    This is not a salaried type position – however, for the right party who backs themselves a retainer can be negotiated – men or women seeking to join the group organisation and be paid a big starting salary need not apply. This is a position for an experienced person who wants to earn ‘big money’ by way of performance, profit share and shareholding, and is able to back their own ability to perform. A true business partner. 

    As said, that is not to say that an initial retainer to get stared will not be paid, but we do not want ‘an employee’, we want an individual who has assessed the position opportunity and will stake their own ability to perform as if it was their own business. 

    They must have a rounded experience in property development and capability to engage with our extensive list of referrers, planners, accountants and direct with the general public.  

    The role

    You will take responsibility as a shareholder and executive director within the group organisation, alongside the chairman and the rest of the team. 

    Essential experience

    • Proven track record in property development and sales / capital developments in Australia.
    • Strong business acumen, with proven ability to assess financial benefits and risks.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
    • Existing property development or development advisory or a strong property sales background.
    • True front-end development experience and proven negotiation skills.
    • Skilled in task management and action planning and able to work autonomously – this is a vital criterion
    • Exposure to legal and property finance.
    • Ability to be self sufficient and driven – and to run the business as if it was your own.
    • Willingness to so all that it takes to make the huge scope of this business fly.

    Experience across a diverse range of sectors would also be highly regarded, including any investor and funds management.
