Executive Presentation And Visualization Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Presentation and Visualization Specialist to join our team in the Latin America region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and designing executive slides, redesigning visualization tools, creating and circulating newsletters, and defining the process metrics. Additionally, the candidate should possess either Project Management (PM) or Business Analysis (BA) skills to support various projects and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Design Executive Slides: Create visually appealing and impactful presentations for executive meetings, ensuring clarity and coherence in the messaging.
• Creating and Circulating Newsletters: Develop and distribute newsletters to keep stakeholders informed about key updates, achievements, and upcoming events.
• Preparing Metrics: Collect, analyse, and present metrics to track performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Visualization Tool Redesign: Redesign and enhance existing visualization tools to improve user experience and data representation.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Project Management (PM) Skills: Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks.

OR

• Business Analysis (BA) Skills: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting the implementation of solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating executive presentations and redesigning visualization tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for creating newsletters and reports.
• Analytical skills to prepare and interpret metrics.
• Project Management or Business Analysis certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English
