What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide executive support to the Chief Development and External Affairs Officer (CDEAO) and CEO, managing calendars and scheduling meetings
• Coordinate pre- and post-meeting materials, ensuring all logistics are in place for external meetings
• Maintain accurate relationship management tracking and assist in creating executive communications
• Lead small projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Identify areas for efficiency and improvement in administrative processes and project execution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Demonstrated professional experience in administrative support, project execution, and event planning
• Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strict adherence to confidentiality
• Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative
• Strong technical competency, particularly in Google’s G-Suite and Salesforce

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree is desirable but not required
• Experience working with high-profile or high-stakes audiences
• Familiarity with relationship management systems and tools
• Previous experience in a nonprofit or healthcare-related environment
