What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all project phases including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Support experience survey programs by overseeing survey development and reporting
• Communicate research analysis to various stakeholders through presentations and reports
• Coordinate project tasks and prioritize development needs for the project team
• Monitor survey data to ensure compliance and functionality of systems and processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager; Experience Management experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple project plans simultaneously
• Experience managing business analysts and developers
• Ability to train project teams to recognize scope changes and adhere to change control processes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• High level of comfort with project management tools and methodologies
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a senior living or healthcare environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and data interpretation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences
