Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming liaison between clients and our partners, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Develop and oversee personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Respond to all client inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with travel providers to confirm reservations and uphold client satisfaction.
- Monitor schedules diligently to ensure all travel elements proceed without a hitch.
- Provide proactive assistance by addressing client concerns and special requests during all travel phases.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, keeping them informed about passport, visa, and vaccination requirements.
- Update clients on destination advisories, insights, and travel trends.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client profiles, preferences, and feedback effectively.
- Work in tandem with team members to continuously improve the client experience.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
