Position Overview
As a Remote Auto Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in assisting policyholders through the claims process, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and empathy. Your ability to navigate challenges and deliver outstanding customer service will be essential to our continued growth as we expand our operations across Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and address auto claims with moderate oversight, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages.
- Exercise sound judgment to assess risks and determine the most effective course of action.
- Strive for cost efficiency while ensuring a positive claims experience for our policyholders.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the claims process to achieve effective resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of claims activities to support smooth resolutions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal auto claims processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in technology, along with exceptional communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive team player with a practical approach to challenges.
- Proven expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation techniques.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
