Experienced Appointment Setter (Part-Time/full time , Commission-Based)

We are looking for a motivated and only experienced Appointment Setter to join our sales team. This is a part-time/full time, commission-based role with the potential for high earnings and a base salary after 2 months of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Commissions are $350 USD per sale, with monthly earnings typically exceeding $2000 USD for those who meet the average KPI.

**Compensation Structure:**

– **$25 USD** per confirmed appointment.

– **$15 USD** after lead shows up to the appointment.

– **$100 USD** per contract signed.

– **$200 USD** when the installation of the product starts .

After 2 months, if the KPI of 7+ confirmed appointments per week is met, we will offer a base salary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.

– Effectively communicate the benefits of our solar panel products and services.

– Maintain a consistent appointment-setting process and follow-up with leads.

– Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions between appointments and sales consultations.

– Meet weekly KPIs, setting at least 7 qualified appointments per week.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales role.

– **C2-level proficiency in English** with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

– Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation.

– Self-motivated and able to work on a **commission-based** payment structure.

– Previous experience in solar panels or renewable energy industry is a plus, but not required.

– Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

– Reliable, with strong time management and organizational skills.
