As the Social Media Director, you’ll collaborate with our Accounts team and clientele base. We’re seeking an energetic individual with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. You’ll thrive in problem-solving, pitching innovative ideas, and maintaining our clients’ positive image.
You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to build and maintain a positive public image for our clients, heavily utilizing AI-driven tools and technologies. Your strategic thinking, creativity, and technological acumen will be essential in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy aligned with our brand and business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various platforms, experimenting with different formats.
Community Building: Foster and engage with our online community, ensuring a positive brand image.
Innovative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
Trendspotting: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and implement emerging trends that align with our goals.
Social Listening: Gather insights through social listening and proactively address issues or opportunities.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the social media budget, ensuring the best ROI on paid campaigns.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in developing organic and paid social campaigns across various channels.
Proven B2B & B2C experience in building social strategies and cultivating audiences.
Strong skills in marketing communications and digital marketing.
Analytic skills with the ability to provide deep insights.
Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral/written presentation skills.
Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 – 4 years of social media experience or significant equivalent experience.
Experience in the Health Tech space or related fields is a plus.
Working knowledge of various social media tools and technologies.
Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Fine Print
This is an in-person position located in Jackson Square, San Francisco, with occasional remote work within the larger San Francisco Bay Area. We only consider in-person candidates and cannot provide visa sponsorship at this time. Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
